I've been having problems receiving my electricity vouchers from the system which left me without electricity on various occations. I've made a payment at 7AM on Monday 9 December (when I still had enough units for the day). By Wednesday 11 Dec I still haven't received my voucher and called Pro admin. The excuse was, like always, system errors. Why should Pro Admin's system problems become the (paying) customer's problem?
It's shocking to see the number of complaints on this website and the response is even more shocking. Majority of the responses are stating that the customer was wrong (apparently using the wrong reference/bank acc/etc). Or they just blame the system. Doesn't Pro Admin realise that their systems aren't funcioning at all?? They always just have an excuse with no apology or solution to the problem. This is by far the worst service I've received. They should surely reimburse clients for losses (like wasted food) incurred due to their system errors?
They must improve their systems. There's not even an emergency number to call after hours to get your voucher when "systems failed". Their response on this would probably also include excuses without any solutions.
