Every single month I spend at least 5 minutes on the phone trying to get my correct voucher number, first they take 2 days to give you a voucher number where as all the other suppliers give you one instantly on FNB or in Pick n Pay. After 2 days I would finally get a voucher number and then it would be for the wrong meter number. Today the reason why I have been waiting for 2 days is apparently because they did not get my payment that I all ready made on Sunday and the payment is made to the same account every month! All estates should stay away from them, they are horrible, and quite ironically they have extremely bad ADMIN!
