So bad was the state of the property I couldn't live there for days. It was filthy smelly, broken toilet seat, broken towel rails, broken light fittings, door latches that don't lock, shower door leaking flooding the floor, drains blocked with rubbish, broken door locks, broken window latches, window blinds held in place with two-sided tape, curtain rods missing, strange white fluid (acid like substance) dripping through the ceiling from the room above... The list goes on - it was disgusting. I was told by the neighbours that Just Letting Parklands never fixed the shower during the previous tenants FULL one year of tenancy. Service from Just Letting is non-existent and excuses abundant. Calls go unanswered for days and passing the buck is all they good at!!!
