I drove around the florida lake area looking for flats to my surprise i found that most of the rentals in the area where being handled by status mark in retro spec i thought this was an awesome discovery and i was under the impression that i now would find a place sooner as they are the dominant Realtor.
unfortunately that was not the case constantly getting voice mail if i do call the contact agent or being placed on hold for 30 minutes everyone passing the buck as i do not know the area to well i even called to inquire if anyone could tell me of properties in my desired area and was told to use Google maps on the listings that i already have which in actual fact just doesn't get updated regularly with all there rentals there is an admin fee charged why is this if you have to do all the work???
I'm so disappointed and still without a place someone help me with a different agency please...
