We have cancelled our contract with tss on the 13th of Dec 2013 and they still deducted amount for january and february 2014. After continuous fighting and emails they said they will refund the february 2014 payment. Still waiting on this to happen. The contract states that a months notice must be given for termination. Still they refuse to pay back pro rata amount for january because months notice ends 12th of january. Also when trying to speak to the company bos he just says he will call back and then walks out the door. Just noone returns calls.
