Admittedly, I owed an amount for the storage of my belongings to Benoni Self Storage. I had, however acknowledged my indebtedness & advised the relevant parties of my intentions to rectify the balance owing before the end of November 2013. As per the email correspondence between myself & Benoni Self Storage, I have honored my "word" and full payment has been made, including a month in advance!
I went to Benoni Self Storage today to check on my belongings, only to find an empty garage! All my personal possessions & belongings GONE!
I approached the "wanna be manager" on site about my missing possessions, who in turn advised me that my possessions had been moved. (Location 20km away) - In breach of the contractual terms and conditions, incl. subsequent agreements reached!
I then drove to the said premises (as per managers instructions), only to be denied any access outright! My requests to discuss the matter with the business owner were also refused outright! At this point in time I have no idea where my personal possessions are or if they are still mine to start with!
