Terrible ineffecient disrespectful servic

On our relocation from JHB to DBN, we chose to go through Rawson Properties as we thought it was a reputable company and they would assist us accordingly. Which they did not! We were placed in a house that was disgustingly filthy! I found a used sanitary towel on the bathroom floor! And the place was falling apart. We complained to Callie Nicholson when we eventually got hold of her but no effort was made to assist us until I went to the head office! Once we were placed in a new house the next day I requested that the accounts be sent to as soon as they had been sorted. That was 3 weeks ago. Rent and payments are to be made on the 1st of the month which I cannot do as I am still waiting for the account. When I queried about this, Callie Nicholson was nothing but rude and direspectful! As if the my account and keeping track of where my money was going was no business of mine. I specifically asked to be kept in the know about the account because my boyfriend whom I live with requested I take over with the management of the account as he was too busy and losing track of everything, but she point blank refused to even do that. It has been the most unpleasant experience ever!!
