I was shocked when I logged on to my laptop this morning and received an email with such a bad attitude from an Estate Agent. Keeping in mind that the (slow) market is flooded with Agents trying to get by, you would think that customer service and attitude would be the top priority.
Are they not supposed to be the 'face' of a well known brand like Statusmark? I will definitely make sure that Statusmark is made aware of this terrible attitude of unprofessional Staff who represents them in the Market. I am really disappointed in the manner in which Geraldine deals with the public and Attorneys involved, who are trying their utmost best, to deliver a service to their Clients. Really poor advertising for this Agency.
I will most definitely not recommend you to anyone. It is definitely no shock that I haven't received a response from her as yet. I would be way to embarassed to if I was her. Shocking. Good luck in attracting more business with Agents like her in your employ... PS... you can learn a lot about service from Cecile Carstens Properties, what a wonderful Agency to deal with!
