Unwillingness to provide Electricity Account Num

Hi,
I live in a complex (Royal Palms) that is managed by BCA, about a week ago we had a Power serge and most of our appliances were damaged.
We received emails from BCA that we need to submit our own claims to City power for the damages.
City Power has been cooperating and provided us with Claims forms, on the claim forms we need to fill in the Electricity Account Numbers (which BCA needs to provide). My landlord and Complex Caretaker have requested the account from BCA.
Its been a week and a half now and BCA is not help us with the Account number.

We need to submit our claims because or TV sets, DSTV decoder, Fridge etc were affected by the surge but BCA does not see the agency in assisting with one small thing.
Plus the Complex common area lights that were affected by the surge have not been fixed as well, The BOT of the Royal Palms complex in Randburg are not communicating as well.
