Our complex has been without power since 15:00 on Saturday afternoon (26/10/2013). It has been a struggle for the managing agent to get a hold of someone at COJ to investigate and fix the problem. To date the power has not been restored, yet our complex account is paid in full. The whole "don't care, more is nog 'n dag attitude" is shocking. I've just bought a month's groceries (perishables) that I've now had to get rid off. PS, the attitude and response from the managing agent has not been stellar either, we are instructed to claim loss from the Muncipality. Erm, the account is not in my name, but is paid by the body corporate. The whole passing of the buck is alarming, but when there is a problem with the rent, they have you on a hot line.
