I am just following up on the payment of the claim.
It is kind of shocking, VERY SHOCKING that nobody takes the time to let clients know what is happening or even have the decency to reply to an email.
I have sent this email on the 18th and 24th AND 27th of December and I have received a read receipt for both emails, however NOBODY is coming back to me. Please can you let me know when I can expect payment for the claim lodged? I submitted the form I had to complete and my husband was promised payment that same evening, the 13th of December
Must I AGAIN go to Hello Peter and lodge a complaint before I get ANY progress?
This is NOW really getting ridiculous, must I first threaten to CLOSE ALL my ABSA accounts and go to another bank before I get any assistance?
Please can someone just let me know why, after promised to my husband that the same day, 13th December 2013, that we send the completed form we will get payment and now 14 days later STILL no payment has been received, or is this only going to happen 13 December 2014?
