Inadequate pass the buck attitudes

Dear Angor

You now have an irate customer that will go through any means necessary means possible to get some satisfaction from a now nasty situation.

For all reading this let me tell you why:

After moving into a rental unit it took 2 weeks before an inspection came through, thank goodness we took photos of all the problems in the unit because it has taken 13 months and emails to various different people and nothing ever gets resolved. The mentality, excuses and pass the buck attitude came from the fact that our rental agent no longer works for Angor and there was never a new one appointed to the area. So we have sat with all the problems from moving in with nobody ever bothering to follow up or send somebody out to fix these problems.

There is now a second problem that has arisen due to staff turnover. The excuses received are all explained by the fact that somebody has left angor. You not retaining staff should not be my problem, learn how to communicate. I am utterly disgusted at the attitudes of angor staff. Learn to be humble and apologize for your ups in stead of trying to pass the buck.

Incredibly unhappy and will avoid angor at all costs in the future.
