Ignoring the customer is not bliss

This is an estate management company who pseudo manage our estate. They failed to capture a payment that I had made by some strange financial practice and then charged me interest as, according to their records I was in arrears. I have brought this to their attention and they have not even bothered to answer any of my emails, and now, when my November statement has been issued, they have failed to rectify their omission and are again charging me interest on an amount that, due to their poor financial reporting and accounting on their part, is actually a credit balance. They have also avoided the issue of how they are entitled to charge interest when they are seemingly not a registered financial provider within the confines of the relevant Act.
