We rented a house from said rental agency in 2012. We were advised by Billy that we will receive our deposit back as soon as we vacate the house, which we did on 30 November 2012. He personally told me in a face to face conversation the he had the money and he will ensure that it will be returned to me. When we asked for the deposit in December he claimed that it has been from his company trust account by previous company owners... Apparently even the 'valke' were investigating said rumour. It's almost a year now and we still haven't heard anything re our money. We spoke to NUMEROUS people claiming that they are being told the EXACT same story by Billy re their 'missing' deposits... Apparently he opened a case against the previous owner but there has been no development nor feedback to date.
