A big thank you to Jodine Meyer, rental agent at Pam Golding in George, who has gone the extra mile in service for us when we had a defaulting tenant. She has kept us informed all along and has hand delivered the lawyers letter after hours. She also emailed us the good news that they finally paid the rent on a Sunday.
