Bought a house via Keageoz Property Solutions (Johann Cronje) and signed the contract on 18 June 2012. We shortly afterwards moved into the house. With the first rains the roof leaked extremely badly. We reported to Johann as well as the lawyers MC vd Berg Attorneys. After numerous false promises and the roof not fixed the house was registered into our name on 1 October 2012. To date the roof is still not fixed and the Addendum to the contract is still not completed after numerous phone calls, sms and e-mails. The lawyers kept money back with the transfer of the property for the out standing items, but refuse to pay out as Johann keeps promising to complete the outstanding items. It's been 4 months since the house has been transferred into our name and still no completetion, still a leaking roof and lots of waterdamage to the inside of the house and still numerous from both Johann and the lawyers. Hope this at least stop one person from doing business with these people, as apparently this didn't only happen to us!!!
