I wonder why Pretor are a company who dont respond to Hellopeter reports??
They are after all a reputable company?? (Integrity in property for 50 yrs)
Dont be fooled.
Be warned!!! They do not refund your full deposit money even if the property you vacated is spotless.
I was hit for R2280 to remove a few nails, wipe a wall and curtain rail clean, replace a cooker hood bulb and to tighten a tap handle.
And to make matters worse the property inspection was done AFTER the new tenants had moved in!!
The inspector (a certain Kobus) said everything was in order at the inspection and couldnt see anything serious wrong the premises. (He did after all reek of alcohol and most certainly had been drinking.)
I find this dishonest and immoral use of deposit money and this appears to be their modus operandi with everyone.
I have attempted to get this resolved by them internally but was totally shocked by their arrogance and immorality.
Legal proceedings have begun.
DONT USE PRETOR!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
