My kitchen light went off in January 2013, thinking it was the florescent tube that had finished, my husband and i tried fitting new tube but nothing happened, i reported the matter in July to Just Letting and Makkie (Administration Manager) replied saying she will send an electrician to come and have a look, she sure did and on time. The electrician told me the kitchen fitting (that thing that holds the tube) had issues and they needed to fit a new one and he was going to send Just Letting a quotation. 3 months down the line i still don't have a light in the kitchen (i cook in the dark). Last week my husband phoned to complain about another issue (exorbitant water and electricity bill) and i thought i could take the chance to remind her of the light and she just hang up on me and told my husband she doesn't have time to respond to his grievances. This most rubbish agent i have ever had to deal with.
