I am utterly disgusted by the service we are getting at 120 End Street. The telephone or dabba unit in my flat hasn't been repaired nd it was noted when I signed the Checklist, the whole flat needed painting but only the bedroom and the top part of the living room was painted. The unit is infested by cockroaches and the foyers are dirty. The curtain rail is bent and this was also noted, instead of replacing the rail, they tried to straighten it which didn't help at all. Last week, there was a time we didn't have water and I didn't see any notice on the boards regarding this matter. On Friday, people were shot just outside the building, our safety is compromised here. On Saturday morning, we did not have electricity and again, I didn't see any communication on the notice boards. We notified the Building Manager (T) about the issue and asked how long it will take for this to be sorted out and his response was that its not only us who don't have power but also himself. Now this is a crisis! And for a building manager to give such a response! I'm speechless. What he could have said is that they are sorting the issue out or something polite to show that he is aware of the issue and managing it
