Beware Letting Agents are sneaky.
I replied to an add on Junkmail to view a 2 bed flat in Moreleta Park in San More" flats. I specifically asked
if the place was still available for viewing, I got a reply form Annelie Buchler via SMS not a call, as is normally the case. to say I could view and that I must call the tenant to arrange to view which I did.
She was not there to view wiith me nore did she have the decency to let me know that place had been rented
out.already and that I should not go out. She also put a false cell number pn her message
THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFFESIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST, THE AGENTS add ENORMOUS FEES AND ADD ON THERE SHARE TO THE RENTALS MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND A DECENT PLACE TO RENT. at a reasonable price
My advise DONT use agents rather negociate straight with the owners and bocycot this sneaky agent.
