We moved into a flat in boksburg. two weeks later we are told that we have to move again. we accepted and rawson agreed to pay for our moving costs. it is in the new lease. now they want to use a handyman as a removal company which is in clear breach of what we agreed upon. insurance does not cover it. If this handyman breaks anything, who will replace it? Also when we moved we used a proper removal company who did everything for us (pack and unpack) and now we are expected to accept second grade service. this is unacceptable. RAWSON must stick to the agreement. we are doing them a favour by agreeing to move. i see here on hellopeter that felicity does a lot of dodgy dealings. this is something we will report to IEASA. We will definitely take this up further because this agency needs to be investigated.
