I pay my rent every month on time, but the service I am receiving is bad. I don't even feel safe anymore in this flat_station place. People can just get into the flat and without identfication. I am soo scared for life. The building manager has not fixed the lifts for the past month when we asked him he told us he ordered the equipment but surely it cannot take whole month. I just do not know what to do and feel that city property is not meeting its obligation of providing a safe and good environment to stay in.
