It was amazing to see the team work at infinitum when I went through to sort out my Queries with regards to my account and report the maintenance issues in my flat.
Within 10 minutes all of my queries were sorted out with regards to my account and only 2 hours later the maintenance issues in my flat were seen to and fixed.
