Deposit returned to me almost two months late, after numerous follow up calls made by me to the "manager"renda! my deposit came back to me R1000 short, for an apparent routine cleaning done on the property at my expense after I had left the property.
my contract did not stipulate this added expense to me as the lessee.
my husband then called to enquire, after having the phone slammed down on him at least 4times by the "manager" he was told by another consultant that there was an error on their side. he was then asked to call back the next day... no feedback yet.
to all whom are thinking of joining natal property -do not as they are unprofessional, who are not transparent in their dealings!
the consultants that work there who speak down to clientele have nothing to be proud of, as they are nothing special siting in a cubical earning minimum wage!!!
