I am writing this email with great disappointment. This is with reference to 16 Gar-dyne 293 Alexander Road. I have been occupying this flat from November 2012 to October 2013 that means for a period of 12 months.
I have left the flat on the 30th of October 2013 in a good condition even the Caretaker may testify to that however that is not the point. My biggest problem is the fact that I haven't received my deposit up to date. Natal Property has only paid me an amount of R1800 which was very upsetting. When I moved into this particular flat I had paid an amount of R10700.00 if I am not mistaken which was inclusive of the R3800 deposit, R2000.00 water and electricity deposit, a current prorated November rent and administration fees.
All my monthly rentals are up to date meaning that they are paid in full. I do not owe Natal Property anything. To my surprise it is now 11 of December I have not received my full amount. I have called number of times to your offices and I spoke to Renda I really do not know how many times now still I have not received my full deposit. I was supposed to receive my money on the 7th of November I did not, waited, 14th of November I did not, 21 Novembe
