I have just moved into my own house for the first time. As this is my first time, I am not familiar with all the hidden costs regarding your own house. As I have explained to the lady over the phone, I am paranoid about everything as I do not know anything. Whenever I communicate with her, she is rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately I have tried to be as nice and friendly as possible, but I still get the bad and rude service given from day one with absolutely no explanations or guidelines.
I do not understand the rudeness of this lady as I always pay my bills on time and try to be as friendly as possible.
