Tenancy not managed

My tenants have not paid rent for 2 months ans Seeff has taken 6 weeks to send a lawyers letter. I have been trying in vain to get the deposit put into my account but to no avail.
I ring and mail daily from the UK and get the runaround and empty promises.
I would avoid doing business with SEEFF period!!!
