I m so disappointed by the Bad Service i got from City property, i stayed there for a period of 2 years and as you know they only offer 1 year contract then you have to renew it (rip off) then towards end of lease i went to their office in Johannesburg to inform them about my plans to stay for another year which has been a nightmare, the transferred my deposit to another unit that i wanted to move to in the same building then i paid the difference of 5000 mind you that was for a smaller place as i was staying in a 2 bedroom place, i was then told to pay deposit for parking on top of that and when i moved to the new apparently i did not have parking, it took City Property 7 months for them to see that while i was still paying my parking on a side and i make an appointment with them to see my detailed statement and guess wht no one could come up with a valid explanation how did they come up with that amounts on the statements, cityproperty is ripping people off they increase their rent with 10% every six months really now??? including their parking I HATE THEM.
