I purchased a property through Colin Rodrigues Principal at Harcourts Delta. When I viewed the flat i was shown a bay. When the transfer was almost done and I came to clean up the new flat I found out the seller didn't have a parking bay. When I queried it with the agent he told me that the seller was using someone elses parking bay (which had I known I would never had purchased the property). When I queried this with the owner, he told me that he never said he has a parking bay and didn't know I had a car, when both he and the agent walked me to my car. The seller even wrote me a letter sayin he was using someone elses parking and wrote her a letter before he moved out to say I will be taking over (how can he say he didn't know I had a car when he wrote her a letter). Since the day I moved in I have been trying to get the agent Colin to sort out this mess..he was "apparently" in hospital, "apparently" cudnt get hold of the body corp (who lives ryt next to me and also told me that the seller never owned a parking). Harcourts has their money but I'm made to suffer. I must still get home from work and hope that someones bay is open for me to park.
