I have previously posted a complaint on the Hello Peter website hoping for some resolution, well it seems that its very easy to "respond" to the complaint with a generic scripted message as NOTHING has been done. After sending a detailed email to Anel Smithies as per her request I am no closer to getting my deposit back. Amazing how now "The Owner" is going through his documentation to see the status of the unit when we took occupation. We did improvements to the unit at our cost which has substantially benefited the owner should he ever sell the unit. Did he personally hand over the keys when we originally took occupation, NO, he does not even reside in the country! Did he personally see the jungle of a garden or the filth in the kitchen and bathroom, NO! When I moved out of the unit it was in move in and unpack condition as per Chris the inspector who did the final inspection. I want this resolved immediately and my deposit refunded to me, failing this further steps from my side will be taken.
