SWITCHING OFF LIGHTS IN MY HOME

The company switched off my lights without a warning last week tuesday I went and paid and they have not put my lights on till now. I stopped paying because my electeicity bill was too high and they told me the box might be faulty I told the owner of the house he told me BCA should fix the problem.

I feel violated and victimised because when I sent them proof of payment they told me I should not send them emails I must deal directly with the owner, which was something new that I did not know. I then sent the proof of payment to the owner he told me there is nothing he can do because Alice at BCA has left she is the one that should put on the light. I have all the emails and sms's.
