I have been a tenants of acutts since March 2013.
my lights have been cut ever since then once or twice a month due to acutts not paying their bills, or paying their portion towards the muncipality- the account areas is R1645. yet we have prepaid lights.
I have now been without lights since Monday- Nicole does answer calls - only when it suits her, she hardly replies emails
I emailed my complaint to Jono- director of Acutts, he tells me that I must speak to mike in their office as he is head office and cant really help me. My rent is always paid on time..
how frustrating it is for your food to go off and have no lights for 3 working days...
