Threats and bad service

3 weeks wait for a commitment on installation date. No quote & no paper work received as the owner "doesn't do admin". The installation left our room with half the lights working, floor tiles cracked, skirting board tiles broken off the wall, cement splattered on ceiling. Dstv dish removed with promise of being remounted, this never happened. We were left with a mess & additional electrician's bill who we called out before settling the bill. We were continuously contacted by the owner demanding payment and insisting the lights had nothing to do with them, & were told he "cannot believe I'm being subjected to this blackmail". While awaiting the electrical report, the owner threatened us by stating that he knew where both my partner & I worked & would come out to our offices & sit at our home gate, preventing us leaving. I asked for the invoice & banking detail & was smirked at as a piece of paper with baywindow sizes given to us on first meeting, apparently had this. Eventually received a word doc, but insisted on an actual tax invoice. The owner informed us he is a perfectionist. The service & treatment was highly unprofessional, something I don't wish others to be subjected to.
