Avoid working with Julia Oberholzer!!!
We have a duplex in Centurion that we have rented through Centurion real Estate, The contract states that the place has to be kept in good repair, and faults should be addressed to Julia to be fixed. When we moved to the place is was dirty and filthy, got photos, And the stove was not working. But we cleaned up the place. Approached Julia about keys that was missing for the garage and the oven that was falling apart. First 5 times she just ignored us completely. Then she stated that the owner has no money to fix stove. Come new month she was very quick to approach us when the rent was not paid on the first of the month we explained that we will have full payment no later than the 7th. She did not go for that and we received a lawyers letter. Result is we are now paying in advance. Suddenly the stove could be fixed. Now we kindly asked her to fix the front door lock, again she is ignoring us, and actually admits to finding our sms's very amusing. I am now ready to approach the Consumer Protection Council.
