Julia Cowen understands the meaning of exceptional customer service! l took out a line with Vodacom direct on the 16th of September and received the most appalling service imaginable! And after 2 weeks without data, or device, l cancelled the contract. I called Nashua mobile was assisted by Julia. Apart from her sunny disposition, she was highly efficient and professional! The ff day I had my device and my line was activated! The service I received was certainly worthy of commendation! Its good to see that good customer service is still being practised.
