I really got bad service from City property. They are bad communicators and ripped me off my deposit of R4000 saying that my rental money ate into my deposit and that I did not pay for it. I was not informed it was a systematic automated response of which the first I get to find out about how I lost my deposit is at the end of the contracted time when I request for my money to be paid back! This is bad service from a company that very high deposits which was not meant to be hacked into without me being informed that I need to pay more. I am thoroughly disappointed in their service in property.
