We have received very bad service from this company called Financial Services & Property Administrators (FSPA). First it was false advertising, after which we had to get an attorney to sort them out. Now the place we are renting through them needs repairs (toilets leaking etc). We have reported this months ago already and every time there is a different excuse or story. The poor owner had paid a deposit for the repairs already. They just don't respond and don't care. We have been paying our rent ON TIME every month and when we said well, we will not pay until the repairs are done as discussed, we were forced to pay otherwise they will put me, my pregnant wife and our little daughter out! Please if you ever have to deal with them, turn around and run for the hills!!!
