It is sad that these electricity providers take for graanted when we want our money back. When they make oit clear when you request their service that your lights will not be turned on without deposit. I had a contract with Proadmin for 3yrs. When I terminated my services with them on the 25th of April I was to to expect. My deposit in 7ddays. Iam still waiting even today 19 June 2013.I have written emails to them asking for my money until I called after 5weeks... I was told I supplied wrong Banking details. But they never even bothered to call and ask me for the correct ones I have given them my Banking 5times Iam still waiting.
Maybe this is how they do. You terminate, they drag the process until you forget that they owe you money.
