During our stay at the Lodge, an armed male entered our room in the early hours of the morning and our belongings. We had pressed the emergency control button about four times and dial-ed the supervisor and received no response. The property owner (Ronald) and General Manager (Bev Antoncich) was unsupportive, rude and displayed no compassion to our situation. In fact, Bev has even cited our incident as being a "" for monetary gain and has in addition cited a number of unjustified events that occurred on the day. We have also been accused of "blackmailing" them when we promised to expose their bad service and attitudes through the use of social media. Our very angry response to the incident and the events of its occurrence has even been cited as being "rehearsed and over the top". We question the security of the lodge as none of the claimed "highly sophisticated security systems" including cameras and electric beams were working on the day. Bev has in addition, referred to us as "" for not locking our door (of which the latch was broken). Our question is how the intruder was able to access the property. These people serve as a poor excuse for service providers!!
