Some weeks ago I voiced a complaint on this site about a poor customer service attitude from the Hyde Park branch of Pam Golding Properties.
A communication from the PA to the National General Manager was received. After a long conversation with my wife, she promised to investigate and get back to us. Three weeeks have gone by and nothing has transpired.
We are very agrieved about the original complaint that we lodged, and now see the disrespect from the national office as substantiation that our original complaint was justified. It seems as if its not just the Hyde Park branch that has a poor attitude to customers.
