I moved out from my flat September 2011. This lady, Yolande van der Merwe the estate agent refuses to pay me back my deposit. I have smsed and phoned her number 073 469 8644 . She keeps providing me with excuses. I want my deposit back! There is another complaint on hellopeter with Yolande van der Merwe, estate agent. It appears that I am not the first to suffer. Those out there please be cautious with this lady, she doesn't provide contracts as there is no proof that you can use against her. I'm doubting now whether she is an estate agent or is this just a clever scheme.
