I have previously wrote a report complaining about bad attitude, victimisation, personal insults, etc. I had a response from Head Office and the branch manager. The branch manager indicated she will investigate, came back an hour later to tell me in an email that my information is incorrect and she doesn't believe a word I say - fairly subjective and one-sided. But with Helena lying all the time, very expected. This month, even though our rent was paid on time, we received our FIFTH notice that our contract won't be extended. According to Helena's assistant, Annemie, she was instructed to: Smyt hulle sumier uit!!! - by Helena. Now, please, is this the way Pam Golding allow their staff to continue harassing and victimising their tenants.
On top of that, I am yet to get answers from then as to why we never go a fixed address to use.
I went as far as sending an email to Andrew Golding - and surprise surprise no response. I even sent an email to the Branch Manager and asked her for them not to harass us, as I have my children visiting from the Eastern Cape. This is the kind of environment we have to deal with.
