Pam Golding saw my house on Private Property. They came over, I was clear on my price, NO MANDATE or any papers were signed, but, they falsely advertised MY house for a few hundred rands less than what I wanted. this is unprofessional, under handed and illegal.
I am going to consult my attorneys on this matter, unless the advertvisement is deleted wiith immediate effect, or else I sue for the difference in price. In addition, I am reporting Pam Golding to the Estate Agency Board for underhanded business tactics.
