Pam Golding helped my mom rent her house out, and everything was going well, up until the tenant's wanted to extend the lease, to which my mom declined. This was 3 months ago, so they had all the time to look for alternate accommodation. The lease ended on the 31st of August today on the 19th of September they are still in the house & all the help we are getting is that we must go to a tribunal. She was lenient enough to allow them to stay for a week after the termination day, which they agreed too then the tenants changed to the 23rd of August. My mom doesn't have a place to go, we want to visit home and we are not based in Durban for the long weekend, our tickets are booked and paid for but nowhere to go. What is the point of signing all these contracts if Pam Golding is not going to uphold/enforce whats written there? This is very frustrating & I don't think enough has been done.
