Worst Rental Experience

I have sent numerous complaints to Just Letting regarding the lack of service received from Just Letting Amanzimtoti. Customer Care people just keep on sending email after email, saying please respond, please respond - with no response, no follow-up. 1. Agent didn't pitch for my exit report. 2. Took forever to get my deposit back, eventhough house was left in a better condition than what it was found, and 3 now I found out almost two months after moving out, they never transferred the electricity account onto the owners name, as was supposed to have been done. In other words, new tenants have been living on my muncipal account, and worst off all now account is in arrears. I submitted all the paper work 2 weeks before moving out. This after I had to put R3500 muncipal deposit. Phone the principal, he promises to get back to me never does. Surely this is considered. I also relocated, so not in the area anymore to sort it out myself, how do I trust them to do this, and who is going to get my money from the tenants??
