Mr Voerman of Wood Strippers is a master at confusing the issue by writing long rambling letters and responses as to why he is not responsible for damaging my doors. The simple fact is that I handed him perfect kitchen doors which are now ruined. This was after he had assured me that there was no risk. I certainly did not tell him to dip my solid wooden doors into a tank of liquid in his cleaning process! Although he acknowledges causing damage, in four months he has not once offered to pay a cent in settlement of my damages. Instead he prefers to incur legal fees in having his Attorney write me letters of demand. In desperation i have now turned to the Government Consumer Protector, who i hope will be able to assist me. Wood Strippers is a company that I would never deal with again.
