We went on a holiday with my family in October and when we got the owner of the guest house didn't tell us that her gate didn't tell us that her gate sensor doesn't work normally so my husband pumped their gate accidentally and the gate was still working. the husband said we shouldn't worry about it as it was an accident.
a month later we are receiving letters from their lawyers stating that we owe them 14000 for the gate, we didn't even agree on anything as the husband said it was fine. I call clientele as im the client and no one has dealt with my case and frankly this is not the 1st time im trying to get help from my paying lawyers and no one can assist. believe me im moving to other working lawyers as this is ridiculous me off.
