Referring to my previous complain. After checking my contract I realized that I had 3 working days to inspect the flat and that is the reason why I had that conversation with the manager (Jack). The conversation did not end up only in verbal I also completed "Repairs and Maintenance Form", please check that. The security gave me that happy letter when I got there (at 7h00 pm - at night) and she wanted to return back to downstairs with the letter which means I was given few minutes to view the flat and I still repeat, to me it was not an issue it becomes an issue now because I had to incur the cost for something that was not my fault.
