Good day my name is Charlotte Gumbi I'm renting a bachelor flat at 208 Carltonview Ithemba properties. We are only 'allowed' to sign seven sleep overs in a month, we can't have anyone sleep over once this seven days has been used up. If a person sleeps at your flat without u signing a sleep over or once your sevens days then they charge you 250. I honestly think 250 added to my rent of 2.9 is honestly too much. Last month I had to pay 500 rand which made my rent 3.5. Now the caretaker is refusing to approve any sleep overs for my boyfriend, says he needs to apply as a subtanent instead. This place is putting its clients in debt. I was locked out of my flat because my rent wasn't paid by the seventh. Please help.
