My sister and I applied for a flat at Purchase Place last Friday me as the second applicant. I tried to explain my reasons as to why im under my sister but the women in that office insisted I include myself as an applicant not a sub tenant. The application was declined for no reason and someone completed the rest of the missing info on the app stating Im a guardian to someone who earn close to 30k a month. I phoned to find out why the app was declined and met a woman who knows nothing about telephone ettiquete who put me thru to Jack. Never in my life have i spoken to someone so rude as Jack. He was screaming at the top of his voice and insulted me badly and continued to do so on again when my sister phoned him. Such utter disrespect that led to him asking me if im DUMB. Im badly hurt by that mans attitude and i phoned the lady who highly recommended ur company to me and told her my dissapointing story. Such people run down a companies reputation
